Mr. Eisner joined Seth I. Cohen, P.A. of Shafer Cohen, LLP in October 2011. In May 2011, he received his J.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University Law School in Fort Lauderdale, FL where he was part of the Nova Trial Association and was the Vice President of Operations in his final year. He received his B.S. degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2002. After undergrad, he spent six years working for a South Florida developer in various departments, including construction, sales & marketing, production and operations. The experience he gained on the job and through law school made the transition to the Firm a seamless one. Mr. Eisner’s areas of practice at the Firm are Residential and Commercial Real Estate; Title Insurance; Banking and Finance Law; Corporate and Business Law; Landlord/Tenant Law; and Residential and Commercial Leasing. Mr. Eisner has considerable experience and expertise working with new construction developers on mid-size to large multi-family planned unit communities. From 2012 to mid-2017, Mr. Eisner’s team at the Firm closed over 1100 new home transactions.
